Participants’ email and the name is collected to grant access to the resources that will be used during the hackathon and for communication only and not for any marketing purposes.
The organizers will have access to your information from the point you register and through the end of the event.
PII data collected will be deleted by July 24th, 2020 including all the technical resources provided to you for the hackathon such as Azure accounts, Microsoft cloud licenses etc.

This event is a highly collaborative effort and to accomplish our goals, people must be able to work together and communicate professionally. We expect everyone involved to treat others with respect and exhibit inclusive behaviors. Those deemed to be in violation of these expectations will be asked to immediately change their behavior and could be asked to cease their participation in the event.
